Spencer has over 18 years of experience in the space industry where he has covered the functional areas of research and development, spacecraft operations, business development, and executive management. His professional experience has been built up at the University of Manchester, European Space Operations Center, CGI and now SCISYS. His executive management within SCISYS includes strategy, business development, operations management, and mergers and acquisitions.
Spencer received his B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and his Ph.D. in Advanced Space Propulsion from the University of Glasgow.
